Has anyone used Dako's Muscle Actin HHF35  Code no. M0635 on mouse tissue?  I realize that I will have to use m on m detection, I am just curious about this working on mouse or not.  If you have this optimized please share your procedure with me including pretreatment if any for ffpe mouse lungs.
