Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has had issues with rats injected with BrdU 
and 1 hour later were necropsied.  Should  the incubation time of Brdu 
be extended. The positive control on the stainer does have results of 
being positive.  We use duodenum as an internal control from each rat.   
We are seeing a small percentage of rats that are not staining positive 
on the internal control.  Anyone with any suggestions would be most 
appreciated.
