Any reason why you are not using "Aniline" blue stain? If it is not
available you can substitute Light green for the Aniline blue.

hi
i use Masson trichrome stain since a long time for paraffin sections, and i
don't know why now collagen doesn't stain in blue,  i make my  blue anilin
with methyl blue of SIGMA in water and  acetic acid, do you know any reason
that makes collagen does'tn stain in blue ?
