Hi everyone,

I have a co-worker that has is interested in taking the HT Exam. She has 
filled out the paperwork and has mailed it, but is wondering what advice 
everyone has in which resources to study. There seems to be a low success 
rate in passing the exam, about 56%, according to recent emails I've
received.

I took the exam 10 years ago, so I'm not sure my advice would be the best 
for her now.
