Hello everyone,

Recently, we seem to have a recurrent problem with our antibody CD138, IHC 
done on parafffin section.  The staining pattern is nuclear !  Anybody out 
there experiment the same thing. If so, do you have any idea what could be 
the problem, that you would be willing to share.  Can it be a fixation 
problem, how ?

Any advise or opinion would be greatly appreciated ,
