Dear Histonetters,
  I have someone visiting our lab for two months from Poland.  I have a
favorite commercial Methyl Green which I use as a counterstain in IHC. 
She would very much appreciate a good "homemade" protocol, because it
would better suit her budget at home.  If anyone is willing to share
we'd both be very grateful.  Thanks Cindy B
