[Histonet] kappa and lambda staining

From:"Martha Ward"

I was wondering if anyone has any tips on kappa and lambda staining on bone marrow and bone plug sections? My pathologists say we are getting inconsistant staining on these specimens. Our histology lab puts the bone marrows in B5 solution for 2 hours and then into formalin for processing. The bone plugs go into B5 for 2 hours and then into DeltaCal (from Delta Products Group). We are currently using a NexEs for our staining and a BioCare monoclonal Kappa and Lambda antibody, using antigen retrieval. I also have recently installed a Dako Autostainer. I would appreciate any feedback for either systems. Thanks in advance.
