Dear All

We are having terrible trouble with the fixation and embedding of our mouse
heart tissues - the tissues are dry and brittle, with separation of the
cardaic fibers.  Where can I get a detailed protocol for mouse heart
fixation and embedding (the latter done by hand not by machine)?
