Hi all,
We are interested in identifying CD4 and CD8 immunoreactivity in injured
mouse brains.  The threads on the archive seem to suggest that there are
antibodies that work for staining fresh frozen tissue.  Does anyone know of
antibodies that will work on 4% PFA perfused brains?  If not, can someone
provide a protocol/details for staining on fresh frozen tissues?
