I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has done keratin adsorption of 
antibodies prior to performing immunohistochemistry.  I would like to know 
the source of the keratin powder if it is commercially available.  Some of 
the antibodies that we are interested in using show considerable staining 
of the keratin layer and I would like to know if there is a way of getting 
around this.
