Annette,
I have used this antibody for skin sections to
demonstrate peripheral nerves.  I did the sectioning
on a sliding microtome @ 50um for a 3mm skin punch bx.
I used 96 well tissue culture plates (on a rocker) to
float the sections in the reagents.  I do have a
protocol that I will hapilly share BUT I will be at
the National meeting in Long Beach and probably won't
be able to fax it until next Friday.
