We use mo-a-PGP 9.5, clone 13C4, Biogenesis 7863-2004 or Biomeda U3231 (dil.
1:500 and 1:100, respectively). HIER required (citrate buffer pH 6.0,
microwave) for FFPE tissue (3-5 um sections), used on various tissue types;
regular 3-step IHC (ABC, LSAB) on slides, no floating sections. Polyclonal
(rb) PGP 9.5 Abs available e.g. from Dako (no personal experience with this
one). Good luck!
