Re: paraffin embedding
I recall, that several years ago, there was as system of
making cell blocks in conjuction with the use of a Shandon cytospin. If I
remember rightly, the cells were spun down in the cytospin with the
solutions supplied, and they made this neat jelly-like block, which you then
processed and wax embedded as normal. I wonder if this system is still
available?
