Dear Nita,

Further to Nancy Klemme's mail. Is there a particular reason why your 
pathologist feels you are doing things incorrectly? Possibly too much space 
between pieces of tissue in the block that makes microscopy difficult? 
pehaps if you sahred reasons you would be able to come up with an equitable 
compromise.
BTW I disagree with the "histotechnic" method. I prefer to place long thin 
samples, multiple skin biopsies and pieces of uterus at 45deg to the knife 
edge. Makes cutting easier.
