Due to the problem of sending the short video on thick sectioning of brain onto your server, I have managed to place it on the www.histonet.org  site under View List Serv Images. On this site you will see a short video clip of sectioning brain at 625 microns, after making this video I sectioned the brain at 1000 microns too, without any problems either.
