RE: fungus control tissue
I
have some tissue that I haven't yet checked out, that our pathologists say have
fungus in it. I could send you some once I have it processed. What
you could also do which we have also used and works nice in a pinch, is if you
can get some control plates from Microbiology with a fungal culture on it.
Process the colonies like you would for a cell block, and use that. If you
feel that you need some tissue element to go with it, just add some normal
tissue next to the fungal button.
If
you would still like some tissue from me, just send my your
address!
Hope this helps!

Histonetters,
Does anyone have any fungus tissue, that
can be used as control tissue, that
they
can share with me? If so - email me and I will get back with you
with my
mailing
address.
Thanks,
