I have used the monoclonal FAS from Novocastra (Cat No. NCL-FAS-310) on
human, rat, and guinea pig FFPE material with excellent results. I retrieve
with EDTA pH 8.0 with overnight incubations at 1/1000. This should work on
mouse.

Can anyone direct me to a nice antibody source for FAS on paraffin
embedded or
frozen mouse? I'm told the Santa Cruz primary doesn't work well on mouse
tissue - any suggestions?  Thanks!
