I have a question for you people that do technical and professional billing
seperately.  For instance we as a hospital only bill the technical component
and our pathology group bills their own professional component for
pathology.

Some people tell me that professional component is interpretation and
report.  We if that is so, doesn't that mean that these expenses for
transcription, report preparation, etc. should fall under professional and
real technical is basically the expenses of making the slides for the
pathologists??
