I have a researcher who is looking for a protocol for PAS/H with a
methyl green counterstain to stain lung airways.  He is hoping to use an
image analysis machine to read the slides.  Does anyone have a protocol
for this that they would be willing to share?  I am at a lost since I
believe methyl green is a nuclear stain, and would actually stain
overtop of the hematoxylin?  Any input would be much appreciated.
