Can anyone shed some light on working with a dysferlin antibody?  
I am working with NCL-Hamlet (Novocastra) and having a devil of a 
time getting any dilution to work on normal frozen muscle.

I have contacted the company as well but would appreciate any 
expertise anyone could forward my way.
