Does anyone have a protocol for CD71 on frozen or FFPE skin? I have tried one
prediluted Ab ("suitable for both frozen & FFPE") on both, have done HIER,
trypsin digestion, 1 hour,  2 hour and overnight incubation and haven't gotten
anywhere. I really don't want to start buying Abs that don't work for me, so
any help would really be appreciated.
