There is an excellent article in the Journal of
Histochemistry and Cytochemistry Vol 50(4): 449-454, 2002
recommending the use of Cleaved Caspase 3 antibody to detect apoptosis
(TUNEL assay method can also grab fragmented DNA of necrotic cells).
We have the antibody to cleaved caspase 3 on order and will try it in our
lab soon.
