Safran du Gatinais source

From:Gayle Callis

Jenny,

Go to a grocery store and buy saffron off the spice shelf, extract it as
you would the Safran du Gatinais (this is saffron) which is unbelievably
expensive. Saffron, off the spice shelf, is much cheaper! Indian food
stores will have this to make saffron rice.
