Fw: Alkaline Phosphatase for meningiomas

From:Ian Montgomery

Rebecca,
        McGadey,J. 1970. Histochemie. 23. 180-184.
Tetrazolium method for non-specific Alkaline Phosphatase.
This method works an absolute treat on just about any material. It's definitely my first method of choice. If you can't get the journal let me know and I'll e-mail the technique.
Ian.

Hello again,
I am not having much luck here.  Does anyone have a
"tried and true" method/protocol that they wouldn't
mind sharing?
