Hi everyone,

   We are having  little trouble with our hematoxylin stain. The nuclear
morphology is lost or smudgy. Any ideas? We are using Poly Scientific
Harris Hema. with Glacial acetic acid, Richard Allen Clarifier,and Scott's
water as bluing. We filter the hema daily and change as needed depending on
the number of slides stained, the clarifier and bluing are changed daily.
The slides are stained on a Leica autostainer. Thanks in advance for your
