Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has performed immunohistochemistry on cells such
as buccal mucosa smears fixed with a cytology spray fixative?  If so, what
antibodies did you use?   I assume the spray fixative contains some type of
alcohol.  We are planning to do some tests of spray fixed samples because
the logistics of transporting liquids and specimens is getting more and
more difficult. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
