Michael, yes. In our diagnostic renal pathology em lab, we have used
Michels Transport Media for at least, ten years.
Michels use to be sold under commerical, might still be, Zeus Fixative.
I have the receipe, its no secret as Dr. Michels published it for skin
immunofluorescent biopsies.
There is a drawback of reliability of test after biopsy has been in Michels
Transport Media after five days. But even with that, we have never had a
problem.
