I di not mean to imply that I was being treated unfairly or not being paid what I think I am worth. No one is ever paid what they think they are worth. It is just a question to see what other facilities are doing and to see what kind of QUALIFIED techs are out there doing histology, especially since the ASCP guidelines will be changing soon. I was wondering if the pays reflected the education and certification and if not, what was going to be done with those nonregistered techs that are not eligible to take the exam because of no degree or histology training program.
