Racial slurs have as much impact as we choose to give them.  I simply choose
not to give words like these as much raw power as some of our overly
sensitive collegues have given them.  They are just words people, move onto
a more worthy subject.  Oh, and Terry, if I were you and I saw my name
paired up with "racial slurr" that many times, the feces would hit the fan.
