The R.C. of Pathologists have recently issued some suggestions as to the basis of techs doing cut-up.
The relevant part is that everything needs to be out and displayed to the pathologist so that he can see where blocks have been taken.
Following their suggestions would double the time the pathologist himself would have taken.
In addition, it would need the floor-space of a hangar.
