Spam is the unavoidable scourge of the internet.  My solution is to find as
many creative ways to delete as possible.  Sorry if this offends anyone.

My solution has been to have 3 addresses: professional, private (known only
to my siblings), and public (by which my ISP knows me).  Once a month I open
my public e-mail (which seems to be 60% ads for pornography) and delete
everything unread!
