RE: HT VS NON-HT PAY

From:Cynthia Favara

It is Saturday and I just can't resist a comment . This reflects my own opinion.

1. Life is not fair

2. You will probably never be paid what you are worth.

3. A degree does not me you are of value to anyone it is of value to ones self.

4. Being happy and content is a choice.

5. Three important components of life. Love your family, where you live and what you do. If you get 2 of 3 you are luckier than most!!!

Have a wonderful day!!!

Fellow histonetters:

Can anyone tell me what the policy is at your facility for pay grades?  Do the nonregistered techs get the same pay as registered techs?  If so, is this fair?  Do they have a 2 year degree?  Should a nonregistered tech, without a 2 year degree have the same pay scale as a registered tech with a 2 year degree?  I would love your input.
Thanks,
Roxanne
