We have been performing 34BE12's on prostate biopsies for over a year.  We
have just recently started having problems with the sections falling off.
We do antigen retrieval in EDTA ph 8.0, in the microwave for 2 minutes and a
stand time of 15 minutes.  The problem is somewhat inconsistent which makes
it even more confusing.  Our specimens are collected in 10% NBF.   We use
BioCare Medical charged slides and Surgipath Stay-On in our waterbath's.
Has anyone experienced this problem, and been able to determine the cause?
All suggestions will be considered and appreciated!
