I send my warm and very best wishes to all attending the NSH 
meeting in Charlotte.
First I've missed in ten years - but for the first time it has clashed 
with the Biennial Congress of my own professional body.
As I have some organisational role in that, I have to be there.
I shall miss you all - particularly in this year.
