So many of you have responded privately to me about Mr. Sinclair's tribute
to the USA, that I don't have time to thank you each of you individually.
I feel a little embarrassed that I somehow missed the fact that this was
written long ago... chalk it up to being too busy with work, private life
and this massive travesty against civilization.
