Hi, all:

I need some help, or information, with TRAP staining (enzymatic assay for
tartrate resistant acid phosphatase). I have never done this staining
before.

Can it be done on decalcifyed tissue with frozen section? What is the best
way to fix tissue and decalcify for this purpose? Does it have to be done by
GMA embedding. Is there any antibody for osteoclasts? Your help/information
is greatly appraciated.
