I'd like to say thank you to everyone who has shown concern and sympathy through these trying days.  

Selfishness is partly to blame in what happened.  Someone thought they were more important than the thousands of people who've suffered.  Let's not do the same.  As we grieve over New York, D.C., and Pennsylvania, let's also think of those innocent who suffer from these acts around the world.  Some of the kindest words on this listserve are coming from people in countries that must deal with these struggles regularly.  No one should ever have to go through this.
