The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Department of Veterinary
Sciences has an opening for an entry level Histotechnician/Histotechnologist.
If you enjoy a stress free environment, working from 8-5, and being out in the
country, yet close enough to the sights and sounds of Austin, TX (35 miles) then
this might be  the job for you.  We are seeking an individual who works well
with others, has a working knowledge of immunohistochemistry, and is ASCP
certified.  Primary duties involve histological preparations and the daily
activities of a histology laboratory.  This individual would also be trained in
helping with animal necropsies on a needed basis.
