Cyclin D1
Hello Histonetters,
I'm in need of more your valuable input. For those using Cyclin D1, do your
sections show a cytoplasmic blush as well as nuclear staining? If so, is
this an undesirable result or something that is acceptable? We are using
tonsil as a control as well as staining tiny bronchial biopsies. The
epithelium consistently shows some cytoplasmic blush as well as nuclear
staining. I have tried a protein block which helps somewhat but not
entirely. We use Envision+ for detection.
Thanks in advance for you help.
