processing mouse tissues
From: | Michelle Peiffer <mlk101@psu.edu> |
Hi all,
Does anyone have a foolproof processing schedule for mouse tissue, which
they could share with me? We are a research lab embedding mouse liver,
kidney, pancreas and brain for IHC.
I want to avoid using xylene, it gives me a wicked headache, and our
ventilation is not adequate for all these automatic processing machines to
be filled with xylene. I am currently using histosolve, but I would be
interested to know what substitutes others are using and if there is any
difference.
Thanks in advance.
