Re: Immunohistology

Hi all,
I am new to IHC, too. I would like to ask if anyone of you have a good
protocol for immunohistochemistry to stain the rat brain tissue and rat
aorta. I felt confusing with my friends. Some of them suggest that I
should add OCT compound while the other said no need. At the same time,
some of them suggested that I should add something more.
I felt very confusing.
Anyway, my rat's tissue has been frozen in liquid nitrogen and now stored
in -70^C. What should I do next? I would like to stain an Enzyme.
Thank you!
With reference to Anila's question, one of my friend who stained the liver
tissue used 4 micro meter.
Regards,
Circle
