Dear N Kenneison:

Zymed offers mouse anti-cytokeratin 5/6, clone: D5/16B4 (which is the same
clone as Boehringer). We recommend epitope retrieval with EDTA buffer. It
is a concentrate and will work with a wide range of kits, but we would
recommend one of our NBA Kits that avoid potential endogenous
biotin-induced background (dilute 1:100-1:200) . Please contact us if you
have any questions. Thank you.

Sincerely,

John Bliss
