I get my CK5/6 from Boehringer, but Zymed carries it now also (same clone).

I use 1:60 dilution with HIER citrate 6.0. The company recommends a
protease retrieval, but I find microwave/pressure cooker more efficient. My
detection is done with Zymed's streptavidin system.
