Hello out there!!
I am looking for a good protocol or technique for antibody labeling of
mouse coronal x-sections starting from frozen(cryostat) sections. The
protocol I am using now does not use a delipidization step and
inclubates the sections with antibody in a solution of
TBST(1%) milk(2%) and 1% DMSO. Primary and secondary antibody
concentrations are in the high end range( 1:250) which doesn't seem to
make a difference. Any suggestions or protocols would be greatly
appreciated. I am currently just using general nerve tract antibodies
such as NF and tubulin(acetylated).
thanks in advance
