We would like to know who is doing muscle Bx"s.  We would appreciate any 
current information on Muscle Bx's.... specifically freezing artifact.  How 
you prevent it?  Our procedures here are older ones and any new resources for 
updated material would be very helpful.  What temperature do you cut your 
muscle bx's ?  How long does it take to come to the temp of your cryostat 
after the isopentane?  Do you freeze in Isopentane?? We freeze at -170 
Isopentane. 

Also does any one know if any classes on Muscle Bx's will be offered at 
future meetings?
