I know that this has come up before but I am being faced with the problem
today. 	
1.How would you code a FNA of the liver performed under radiologic guidance,
with and without immediate adequacy evaluation? How many codes would you
use?	
2. How would you code a FNA of the thyroid if we go for adequacy evaluation
and no radiologic guidance was used?
