Hi Histonetters,
         I have recently been told that the identification of PCP can be
done in the Microbiology Department much faster and better (more sensitive)
using a florescent stain. Have I missed this up-date on the Net or in the
journal? Has anyone successfully replaced Grocott's Methenamine Silver Stain
for the identification of PCP with a florescent technique?
