              I've been using a biotinylated-Mouse anti-PCNA antibody from
Zymed that works really well in mouse prostate and gut. I'm actually doing
tumors tomorrow. The antibody works in paraffin tissue at 1:30(6.7 ug/mL)
in our hands with no pre-treatment. Zymed labs, cat #13-3940,lot #
90446885, Clone: PC10, ISOTYPE: phone # 1-800-874-4494, concentration
liquid (0.2mg/mL).

Hi all
I have frozen sections of mouse tumors and I need to stain with a PCNA
antibody. I have tried both KI67 and PC10 from Dako with no luck. Do any
of you have a favorite you could suggest?
