I use those clones on the Nexes and have done them on the ES, but I get from
Zymed so can't help with dilutions, but Kappa and Lambda on that system like
protease for 2-4 min and a very short incubation time we do only 6 min, and
BCL-2 likes harsh citrate retrieval  and an incubation time of 32 min. Hope
