Dana, Do you use normal brain for the CyclinD control, or one that is
positive for mantle cell (if that is possible)?  We also have trouble finding
a good control, but our stain seems to work and we have basically the same
procedure as you do, with the EDTA antigen retrieval and staining on the
Ventana.
